Honda is the second best bike in my opinion because it is built well and are usually pretty reliable and all but my personal experience was on a Honda 250 and compared to a Kawasaki 125 it has a lot less power and doesn't seem as strong of a bike. There was a major difference in throttle response and how much more difficult it was to get the front wheel off the ground and how hard it ripped around the track. Overall though Honda is a strong reliable bike for all riders.
